Product Description

Available in a compact, wall mount enclosure, the receiver fits easily into any MDU distribution enclosures. Any standard home-run network can be supported from this fiber optic node onwards.

The AL5R series is powered by any of the BsmarTV 500 power adapter accessories or via remote DC powering over the DBS coax output.

The AverLux™ family of optical receivers complements the AL5T CATV/SMATV Optical Transmitter Series, completing the optical broadband RF video link by converting optical signals transparently to the original format: AM/VSB, 8VSB, QAM or off-air terrestrial and headend generated.

Available in a compact, wall-mount enclosure, the receiver fits easily into any MDU distribution scheme, to support coax distribution or as the perfect fiber link for applications where coax approaches are limited.

Powering for the AL300 series is provided by the AL900 series of power adapters, inserters and cables.

Foxcom's High Sensitivity, AL421 Optical Receiver is a cost effective solution for delivering RF analog and/or digital video services. The AL421's small footprint and excellent performance characteristics make it the perfect choice for FTTH or FTTU RF Video Overlay deployments.

In MDU applications with low subscriber counts, the AL421 can provide operators the flexibility to utilize all the advantages of fiber at a cost that fits the business model. For existing fiber deployments, the AL421 allows operators to add additional satellite capabilities in parallel with their current services without major changes in archecture and associated capital outlays.

When paired with Foxcom's broad selection of fiber optic transmitters, integrators now have an economical way to eliminate coaxial trunks and inter-building links.

Product Description

The AverLux™ family of optical Micro-Nodes joins with the AL110 series SMATV/CATV transmitter providing a video and broadband data link in the MDU. The AL412H [AL413H] is a true transceiver receiving forward path optical inputs from the transmitter and converting into them RF. In the return path the unit di-plexes DOCSIS data from subscriber cable modems and transmits the data to a cable modem termination system (CMTS) located in the headend. In addition, the unit can serve as an insertion point for remote video fed back to the central location.

Different RF outputs levels, splits and configurations are available for specific applications and global markets.

Product Description

The AverLux™ AL351 Return Path Receiver complements the AL400 Series MicroNode to complete the Return Path Fiber Link back to the headend. Subscriber DOCSIS return path signals are converted back to RF where they can be combined with multiple AL351 outputs for processing by the operators cable modem termination system.

A typical appliction calls for one AL351 for each AL400. The AverLux™ AL900 series chassis can accommodate up to eight AL351 modules.
