Jack Hotz

Jack Hotz joined Foxcom as CFO in 1996 bringing over 20 years experience in finance and business management .In 2001 Jack was promoted to CEO of Foxcom. Prior to coming to Foxcom, Mr. Hotz served as the Controller of DSP Group (DSPG) Inc., a world leader in the short-range wireless communication market, enabling home networking convergence for voice, video and data.
Mr. Hotz has also worked for EIT Ltd, which provides full electronic design and manufacturing services to OEMs. Mr. Hotz has extensive experience in international finance High Tec management and company restructuring.
He holds a Bachelor of accounting Degree from the University of South Africa and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Bradford University in the United Kingdom .

Mor Allon

Mor Allon, rejoined Foxcom in January 2007 as Vice President of Marketing. After leaving Foxcom in 2001 he was appointed CEO of Ikusi Telecommunications, a multi-national telecommunications systems hardware manufacturer. He introduced Ikusi’s products to the North American market. Returning to Israel, Mr. Allon joined Telkoor Power Supplies to lead their global sales and marketing organization.
Mr. Allon is a veteran of the Israeli Air force and has extensive experience of creating, managing and developing global sales and marketing organizations.

Yaakov Ben-Harosh

Yaakov Ben-Harosh joined Foxcom in 2001 as a controller. A year later he was promoted to his present position. Before coming to Foxcom, Mr. Ben-Harosh worked in the accounts department of Tadiran Communications and later Tadiran Ltd; Tadiran is a publicly traded company on NASDAQ and the Tel Aviv stock exchange. He was then appointed CFO at Unic View Ltd., a start up company specializing in the manufacture and design of video and large data screen projection systems.
Mr. Ben-Harosh holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Bar Ilan University, Israel and is a qualified CPA.

Steve Fendley

Steve Fendley joined Foxcom in June 2005. He has held a number of sales roles culminating in his present position as Vice President of Sales.
Prior to joining Foxcom, Mr. Fendley was for four years a Sales & Marketing Manager with PPM, a UK fiber optic company. Other sales positions that Mr. Fendley has held include eight years with a US based RF and Microwave component manufacture, M/A-COM; three of which were based in the USA as Global Account Manager, responsible for worldwide sales to Nortel and Nokia. Before moving to sales, Mr. Fendley was a Systems Design Engineer for Marconi in the UK where he worked primarily on military radar systems.
Mr. Fendley has a BSc in Electronic Engineering from Portsmouth University, UK and is currently based in Wiltshire, UK.

Avi Jossef

Avi Jossef joined Foxcom in 1998 as a senior R&D engineer. He has held a number of positions in the company and has overseen the development of Foxcom’s Satellite and CATV products. Mr. Jossef is currently the Vice President of R&D responsible for specifications, designing and testing of current product sets.
Prior to joining Foxcom Mr. Jossef served for more than 20 years in the RF development group of the Israeli Air Force.
He holds a practical Electronic Engineering degree from Tel Aviv University.
