Introduction
Foxcom, a division of OnePath Networks was founded in 1993 and is recognized as a leading provider of fiber optics solutions to the professional satellite and video distribution markets. Foxcom's global sales and marketing offices are divided between our Princeton, NJ supporting customers in North and South America, while our research and manufacturing center, based in Israel, supports sales into Europe, APAC and Africa.
Our Products
Foxcom's Sat-Light Family of fiber optic interfacility products transport satellite signals in earth stations, broadcast facilities, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), cable TV headends, RF over fiber and other communication gateways.
Foxcom's SDTVplus enable service providers to deliver over 3.0 GHz to each living unit in any high-rise or garden-style building complex, campus, hotel, condo or community- providing each tenant or resident with symmetrical Internet access at up to10 Mbps and up to 500 channels of entertainment video (both CATV and DBS), local off-air UHF/VHF television, security services and more.
Management Team
Jack Hotz - CEO
Jack joined Foxcom in 1996, bringing over 20 years experience in finance and business management Prior to joining the company, he served as controller for EIT and DSP, two Israeli high-tech firms.
Eli Tocker - Vice President of R&D
Responsible for the development of Foxcom's products set.
Eli has over 20 years of experience in the communications industry, including 13 years at ECI Telecom's Optical Networks division where he held senior management positions in R&D and other senior managerial division-wide positions. Prior to that Eli spent 6 years in the USA working for NCR Comten as a senior R&D engineer.
Mor Allon - Vice President of Marketing
A 20-year veteran in the international Telecommunications industry, Mor has extensive experience in creating, managing and developing global sales and marketing organizations. He is an Israeli cable TV pioneer. In the mid-1990's Mor was one of the founders of Foxcom. Prior to rejoining Foxcom he was the CEO of Ikusi Telecommunications, a multi-national Telecommunications systems hardware manufacturer and then Vice President of Sales and Marketing at TelKoor.
Avi Jossef - Director, R&D
Responsible for all aspects of the current product set, including specification,
design and test. Before joining Foxcom he had a distinguished career in the
Israeli Air Force - RF group, going back more than 20 years.
Kenneth W. Peterson – SatLight Director of Sales and Marketing
Ken Peterson joined Foxcom in August, 2000. Since then he has overseen Sales of SatLight Products in the USA and Central and South America leading to his appointment as SatLight Director of Sales & Marketing in August, 2007. Before starting at Foxcom Mr. Peterson worked for CPI (Communications and Power Industries, Inc.) where he held various positions, such as, Worldwide Sales Manager, Satcom products; Product Manager,Broadcast Products, Eimac Division. In addition he was a General Division Manager of The Thermex Division, Solidyne, Inc. Mr. Peterson held several management positions as VP, Telephone Systems Division, Comtel, Inc,; Manager, RF Products Group, Aydin Energy Division; and Manager, RF Heating, Gerling-Moore.
He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. Ken also served as an officer in the US Army.
Yaakov Ben-Harosh - Director, Finance
CPA with more than 7 years of broad financial experience in high tech companies both privately and publicly traded. Yaakov joined Foxcom in 2001 as comptroller rising to his current position within one year.

Foxcom's R&D, final assembly and testing take place in its Israeli Headquarters delivering ISO 9001 certified products, meeting CE (European Union) and FCC approvals. Foxcom's MTBF ratings are among the highest in the world. All Foxcom products are UL certified.
